Time management is the ability to use your time wisely. It helps you finish your tasks on time, stay organized, and reduce stress. By managing your time well, you can be more productive and have more time for the things you enjoy.
- The Pomodoro Technique – Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four sessions, take a longer break (15–30 minutes).

2. Time Blocking – Divide your day into blocks of time and assign each block to a specific task or type of work.

3. The Eisenhower Matrix – Organize tasks into four categories:
- Urgent and important: Do now.
- Important but not urgent: Schedule.
- Urgent but not important: Delegate if possible.
- Neither urgent nor important: Eliminate.

4. The 2-Minute Rule – If a task takes less than two minutes, do it immediately instead of putting it off.

5. The 80/20 Rule (Pareto Principle) – Focus on the 20% of tasks that produce 80% of your results.

6. Eat the Frog – Start your day by completing your most difficult or important task first.

7. Task Batching – Group similar tasks together (such as replying to emails or making phone calls) to reduce the time lost switching between different activities.

8. The 1-3-5 Rule – Plan to accomplish:
- 1 major task
- 2 medium tasks
- 3 small tasks
each day.

9. The Ivy Lee Method – At the end of each day, write down the six most important tasks for tomorrow and complete them one by one in order.

10. The 90-Minute Focus Method – Work with full concentration for about 90 minutes, then take a 15–20 minute break before starting another session.

These techniques help improve productivity, reduce procrastination, and make it easier to manage your time effectively. You don’t have to use all of them—experiment to find the one that best matches your work style and daily routine.
