About

My360Life is a digital magazine about living a fuller, more balanced life — mind and mood, body and wellness, work and purpose, relationships, money, and the things that give life meaning.

Who runs it

My360Life is written and edited by Sarah Levick, a content writer and blogger based in Gary, Indiana.

We are not clinicians, therapists or financial advisers, and we do not pretend to be. Where a subject needs expertise we do not have, we go to the published research and to named experts — and we link to what we used, so you can check it for yourself rather than take our word for it.

What we publish

Every article on My360Life is written for this site. We do not republish, syndicate or rewrite other publishers’ work. When we draw on research, we link to the study itself rather than to someone else’s summary of it. When we quote an expert, we say who they are and where the remark came from.

We write about health, money and relationships — subjects where bad advice does real damage. So we hold ourselves to a set of rules, set out in full in our Editorial Policy: claims are sourced, sources are linked, uncertainty is stated rather than smoothed over, and anything we get wrong is corrected openly instead of quietly edited away.

You will find fewer articles here than on most sites in this space. That is deliberate. A piece takes as long as the research takes.

What we are not

We are not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice for your particular situation. Please read our Disclaimer — especially before acting on anything in a health or money article.

How we make money

At present, we don’t. My360Life is supported by its publisher and carries no advertising, no sponsored posts and no affiliate links. If that changes, this page will say so before it changes anywhere else on the site, and advertisers will have no say in what we cover or how.
